Trauma Services Summary

Leake Memorial Hospital is operating as a Level IV Trauma Center. We are in the Central Region of the Trauma System. As a part of this system we use standing policies, procedures, and transfer agreements with all higher Levels of care facilities to provide fast efficient care, and timely transfers for all acute trauma patients. We offer 24 hr full service ER facilities with a 4 bed ER and 3 bed overflow. 24 hr Lab, X-ray, CT, Resp, All our staff is fully trained in ACLS, Peds Trauma, Pals, Emergency Rm Training and some have TNCC. The Medical Director is Dr. W. D. Logan.
